Recover from Workplace Injuries with Brisbane Northside Emergency
If you have a workplace injury – a fall, a burn, a wound or worse, you can be treated at BNE.
Generally BNE doesn’t treat ongoing workcover patients however if you have an accident or injury at work we can attend to you with priority medical care as soon as you present yourself. You can come to BNE via Ambulance.
All patients are required to pay for their treatment at the time of consultation and arrange their own third party rebates. We do not directly bill any third party or send out accounts. Additionally, workcover patients requiring admission to Holy Spirit Hospital need private health insurance initially, until the claim is accepted. Generally, workcover patients with no private health cover are transferred to a public hospital. To avoid double-handling, workplace injury requiring hospital admission should ideally bypass BNE.
